Campaign aims to raise awareness of anxiety in dogs
Pet accessories company Bella’s Collars has launched a campaign to raise awareness of anxiety in dogs.
Dogs In Yellow day takes place on 20 March and the company is calling on people to help #DogsInYellow trend on the day, to educate dog owners and improve the lives of anxious dogs.
The company’s Sales Director, Sarah Jones, owns an anxious dog called Bella. She said: “People just don’t realise what some of these anxious dogs have been through. So I wanted to find a way for our #dogsinyellow to be understood. Through compassionate awareness-raising, we will reach more unknowing dog owners and spread the understanding far and wide.
“All our #dogsinyellow want and need is some space, and then the world feels much less frightening.”
The company has also developed a range of clothing for humans including vests, t-shirts, and hoodies featuring the anxious dog message.
