Actress quits fame to become dog walker

Former actress Holly Kenny, who played Sambuca Kelly in the BBC’s school-based drama series Waterloo Road, has quit fame for dog walking.

Kenny appeared in Waterloo Road from 2009 until her character was killed off after suffering from a long-term brain tumour in 2011.

Before joining Waterloo Road she acted in television films Mischief Night and White Girl, which won a BAFTA in 2009.

Kenny now promotes her Leeds-based dog walking company Puppy Power Hour on Instagram.
