Barrow dog trainer uses Christmas to back animal charities

Barrow dog trainer Lindsay Hampshire, who runs Landing On Your Paws, is offering her services for free to support two animal charities in Cumbria.

Hampshire is planning on running her child and dog safety talks for schools and nurseries at no cost until Christmas.

Instead, she will be asking for donations from the schools, parents and carers, which will go to Animal Refuge Furness and Kenzie’s K9s – an animal search and rescue service based in Whitehaven.

Hampshire, who is aiming to raise £1,000, has set up a Go Fund Me page for donations.
