Plans for grooming salon in Essex

Plans for a new dog grooming salon in Tiptree, Essex, have been submitted to Colchester Council.

The site in Hillcroft, on West End Road in Tiptree, is currently used as a private gym and a planning application has been submitted for the change of use.

The single-storey building is in the back garden of a house, no changes are planned for the appearance of the building, and there will be no new or altered vehicle access needed.

The application says the property has plenty of space for parking and there are no plans for new or altered vehicle or pedestrian access to the site.

Colchester Council has yet to decide on the plans.
