Bruce’s launches playlist to help dogs through Bonfire Night

Doggy daycare business Bruce’s has released a free Spotify playlist to help dogs through Bonfire Night.

Bruce’s says the playlist has been “carefully curated for its cathartic capabilities thanks to classic reggae tracks”.

The Scottish SPCA and the University of Glasgow previously published a paper that suggests music affects dogs’ behaviour. Researchers played a variety of music to dogs and assessed physiological and behavioural changes and the most positive behaviour changes were seen when the dogs were played reggae.
