Planning application for dog grooming business submitted in Leeds

A planning application to knock down an existing garage to build space for a dog grooming business has been lodged with Leeds City Council.

Mrs Caroline Holder is asking permission for her Dirty Dawg Grooming business to go ahead at 597 Leeds and Bradford Road.

“The proposed outbuilding will be constructed in brickwork to match the existing dwelling with a pitched roof construction using tiles to match existing or similar,” the application reads.
