Scarborough doggy daycare plans secure planning permission

A new doggy daycare is set to open in industrial park in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, after plans were approved.

Coastal Tails & Trails will transform an industrial unit at Dunslow Court, Eastfield, into a doggy daycare with space both indoors and out.

Initially the facility will accommodate 20 dogs with one full-time and two part-time employees to be hired.

The company plans to eventually increase the capacity to 40 dog places and could employ up to six full-time employees.

The facility’s operating hours will be from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday services will eventually also be offered.
