Plans for a new dog park in Costessey, Norfolk, have been approved. Two new fenced off paddocks will be created on farmland along Folgate Lane. The facility will feature agility equipment, tunnels, and toys. As part of conditions for approval the council said the paddocks can only be open to customers from 7am to 9pm from Monday to Saturday and 8am to 8pm on Sundays and public holidays. Up to two dog walkers with a maximum of six dogs will be allowed per 50-minute session.
