Dereham, in Norfolk, is set to welcome a new dog grooming salon. Applicant Mrs K Byrne sought permission to convert the utility room of a house, on Helsinki Way, into the dog grooming salon. A maximum of one dog will arrive at any one time, with up to eight pets per day, with no walk-in customers allowed. Up to two staff members will work in the salon, which has two off-street parking spaces, one of which will be made available for customers.
