A new dog training facility is set to open in Tendring, Essex. Applicant Timothy Horwood sought permission to use a field at Old Hall Farm, in Heath Road, as a rented-out space to train dogs. The proposal said: “The facility will operate on a low-key basis, with three training sessions per week, typically during daylight hours. “It will not operate as an open public facility, attendance will be by prior arrangement only. “There will be no permanent structures, apart from temporary agility equipment and minimal fencing for safety.” The plans were approved in full by Tendring District Council.
