The owner of a dog grooming business in Colne, Lancashire, has been left more than £1,000 out of pocket after a vandal threw a bin through her salon window. The incident took place at around 9.40pm on 20 April, nothing else was taken, and officers are now investigating. Emily Ashworth, who owns Kiba & Co. Dog Grooming on Keighley Road, told the Lancashire Telegraph: “I am very disappointed as it was just mindless vandalism for absolutely no reason. This person clearly has no regard for anybody else, or any respect. “With the cost of running a small business constantly going up, times are very hard at the moment. It’s hard to keep afloat in the current financial crisis so it really is an expense I could do without.” Do you have news for The Canine Times?
